Welcome to DineTimz. By downloading, accessing, or using the DineTimz mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DineTimz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including students, vendors, and visitors.
2. Use of the Platform
DineTimz provides a meal subscription management platform. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent the token system.
3. Subscription & Token System
- Subscriptions are prepaid and activated upon payment confirmation.
- Each token represents one meal. Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed.
- Skipped meals result in saved tokens. Unused tokens at subscription end may be subject to expiry per plan terms.
- DineTimz reserves the right to modify plan structures with prior notice.
4. Vendor Responsibility
DineTimz acts as an aggregator and does not prepare meals except through DineTimz Food cloud kitchens. Third-party mess vendors are independent operators. DineTimz is not liable for food quality or delays from third-party vendors, though we review partners regularly.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated. In cases of vendor failure or unresolved complaints, refunds or token credits may be issued at DineTimz's discretion.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
