Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your DineTimz account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how deletion works and what happens to your information.
Important: Deleting your account will cancel all active subscriptions, initiate refunds for unused meals where applicable, and permanently remove your personal data. This action cannot be undone.
1. Delete in the DineTimz App (Recommended)
If you have the app installed, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the DineTimz app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and review the summary of active subscriptions and estimated refunds.
- Type DELETE to confirm and submit your request.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Any eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:
hello@dinetimz.com or info@dinetimz.com
Include your registered phone number and a clear statement that you want your account deleted. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
3. What Is Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number).
- Saved delivery addresses.
- Account preferences and app activity linked to your identity.
We may retain anonymised or aggregated data and records required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance for the period required by law.
4. Subscriptions, Tokens & Refunds
- Active subscriptions are cancelled when your account is deleted.
- Unused meal tokens may qualify for a pro-rated refund based on your plan.
- Active catering event bookings are cancelled; advance payments may be refunded depending on event status.
5. Re-registration
After deletion, you may register again with the same phone number only after a cooling-off period. Contact support if you need assistance rejoining DineTimz.
